Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth for our IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and working closely with the delivery team to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for IT services
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for services
- Generate leads through Upwork, networking, outbound sales, partnerships, and referrals
- Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, requirement analysis, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
- Oversee the entire bidding process for the entire team and meet deadlines
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Provide regular reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and market insights





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in selling IT services
- Strong understanding of:
- Custom software development
- Web & mobile applications
- Cloud, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
- Blockchain & AI solutions (will be an added advantage)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building abilities

Good-to-Have
- Experience working with international clients (US, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
- Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and contemporary tech stacks
- Prior experience in startups or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
