Role Description

- Full time, on-site position based in Bangalore.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, architects, and other partners.
- Expand Acero's presence in key markets.
- Prospect and generate leads on a daily basis.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Work closely with design, operations, and marketing to align client requirements with Acero's offerings.
- Ensure a smooth project handover.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support strategic planning and revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in interiors, modular kitchens, building materials, or related design-led industries.
- Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.




- Ability to understand and communicate technical and design aspects of modular kitchen solutions, translating client needs into clear project requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional regional or international language skills are an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site with clients and partners, including regular local travel and occasional travel to other cities as required.
- Solid organizational and planning skills, including CRM usage, pipeline management, and accurate reporting of activities and forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, inclusive, and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
