Job Summary

Experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build strong industry relationships, and develop new business opportunities in the gems and jewellery sector. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge and preferably be based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with willingness to relocate to Bangkok.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients, jewellery brands, manufacturers, retailers, and industry partners.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Explore new business opportunities across the gems & jewellery ecosystem.
- Conduct market research and identify emerging market trends and opportunities.
- Manage the complete business development cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations and closure.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
- Represent IGI at trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and networking forums.
- Prepare sales reports, market updates, forecasts, and business development plans.
- Develop long-term partnerships with jewellery manufacturers, exporters, retailers, designers, and other industry stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Key Account Management.
- Experience in Gems & Jewellery, Diamonds, Luxury, B2B, or related industries preferred.

* Candidates from Jaipur, Rajasthan preferred.

- Strong understanding of the Jaipur gems & jewellery market and industry network will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong client acquisition and revenue-generation orientation.
- Willingness to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
- Ability to work independently in an international market.
