? We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager – Government Tenders

Are you an experienced qualified with strong expertise in Government Tenders, Procurement, Bid Management & Business Development?

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can take ownership of the complete tendering lifecycle — from identifying opportunities to bid submission, government coordination, negotiations, and post-award management.

? Location: Hyderabad – Somajiguda

? Experience: 10–15 Years

? Interview: Mandatory Face-to-Face

? What You’ll Be Handling

1. Identify and evaluate opportunities through Government & e-Procurement portals
2. Manage end-to-end tender preparation and submission
3. Prepare technical & financial proposals, cost estimates, and bid documentation
4. Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Technical teams, vendors, and consultants
5. Manage pre-bid meetings, tender clarifications and negotiations
6. Build and maintain relationships with Government Departments, PSUs and tender authorities, and clients by visiting them regularly
7. Handle EMD, tender security and performance guarantees
8. Maintain tender databases, credentials and statutory/non-statutory documentation
9. Monitor awarded projects and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
10.



Manage key government accounts and upcoming tender opportunities
11. Prepare consortium agreements and MOUs wherever required
12. Researching new opportunities in the market and working on them
13. Team coordination
14. Detailed analysis of new projects and ongoing projects

? What We’re Looking For

✔️ 10–15 years of relevant experience in Tender Management / Government Procurement / Bid Management

✔️ Strong knowledge of GeM and e-Procurement portals

✔️ Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

✔️ Ability to manage multiple tenders and tight deadlines

✔️ Strong understanding of government procurement policies and compliance

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and e-tendering platforms
