Role & responsibilities :
Verify serial numbers of the sets with delivery note on receipt of products from HO.
Maintain stocks in order to fasten the dispatch of Sets, Spares & POP item.
To note down serial numbers of products to be dispatched.
To communicate discrepancies to the concerned person in the Head Office.
To Monitor Product stock statements / Spares stock register Online
Physical Stock verification monthly basis (Products, Spares & POP item) / Hard copy
Responsible for proper documentation and filing.
Obtaining LR copies for Sale branches & dealer dispatches and preserving with Invoice copy for record.
FIFO basis dispatch for Products, Spares & POP item

Documentation & E Waybill preparation when required
