Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with solid expertise in SEO, paid advertising, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, optimizing digital performance, and driving quality leads through multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and social media platforms.
Perform on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and website optimization.
Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads, including budget planning, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Develop and manage social media strategies, content planning, and engagement activities.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to improve conversion rates and brand visibility.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends,



tools, and algorithms.

Required Skills & Experience:
1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Robust knowledge of SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
Hands-on experience with lead generation and performance marketing.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Understanding of email marketing, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Certifications:
Google Ads Certification
Google Analytics Certification
Meta (Facebook Blueprint) Certification
Any recognized Digital Marketing Certification from a reputed institute

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in agency or performance-driven environments.
Knowledge of content marketing and basic graphic/video coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
