Key Responsibilities
Email and nurture programs: Own the sequencing and the craft: subject lines, nurture copy, and the conversion ideation that lifts reply and meeting rates. Not just setup, the words that convert.
Events, webinars, and partnerships: Run or co-run programs that source real pipeline, and build the co-marketing relationships that extend reach.
Paid ads: Own paid search and social as performance channels, accountable for CAC and pipeline, not clicks.
SEO, GEO, and intent: Own organic capture and answer-engine visibility, and use intent and signal data to reach buyers who are already in-market.
Experimentation and funnel conversion: Treat lead gen as a growth engine: run a steady cadence of tests across channels, messaging, and offers, kill what doesn't work, and double down on what does.
The funnel math: Track and improve conversion at every stage, from visit to lead to qualified to pipeline, and know your CAC, payback, and velocity by channel.
Budget, forecasting, and reporting:



Own the numbers for your channels and report on pipeline and conversion, not vanity metrics.

You will be measured on pipeline sourced and influenced, and funnel conversion rates. Lead volume is a health metric, not the goal. You will partner tightly with sales on definitions, hand-offs, and what 'qualified' actually means, and close the loop from lead to revenue.
