Carry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
Attend electrical breakdowns and rectify faults promptly.
Maintain electrical panels, DBs, MCBs, MCCs, motors, pumps, and lighting systems.
Check and maintain electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lights, and power points.
Attend electrical complaints from guest rooms, offices, kitchens, and common areas.
Monitor DG, UPS, and other electrical equipment as assigned.
Conduct basic electrical testing using appropriate tools and instruments.
Maintain daily maintenance and breakdown records.
Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams.
Follow electrical safety procedures and facility SOPs.
Ensure minimum disruption to guests and daily guest house operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
