Senior Civil Engineer:

Technical Expertise: Performing advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and designing effective solutions.
Mentorship: Providing guidance, training, and code/design reviews for junior engineers.
Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Management) to ensure projects meet company goals and industry standards.
Process Improvement: Developing recent standards, automating workflows, and ensuring quality control
Junior Civil Engine

Project Manager:
Planning & Initiation: Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and creating detailed schedules (e.g., Gantt charts).
Execution & Monitoring: Tracking progress,



managing budgets, and controlling costs.
Risk Management: Identifying potential bottlenecks, risks, or issues and implementing mitigation plans.
Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the main point of contact, providing regular updates to clients and senior leadership.
Team Leadership: Allocating tasks, engaging cross-functional teams, and clearing roadblocks.
Documentation & Closure: Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and conducting post-project evaluations.
