Who We’re Looking For
5–8 years of software engineering / technology leadership experience.
Engineering Lead / Manager or equivalent, ready to step into a CTO role.
Robust experience leading engineering teams in B2C / consumer technology.
Solid hands-on understanding of Java, Spring Boot & MongoDB.
Experience building scalable, high-availability platforms.
Strong product and business mindset with an AI-first approach.
