Role Description The Business Development Executive will work on-site in Kanpur in a full-time capacity, driving revenue growth and expanding the agency’s client base. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing lead generation activities, and conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings. The role involves preparing and delivering client presentations, understanding client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to shape tailored digital marketing and website development proposals.

The Business Development





Executive will maintain relationships with existing accounts, track sales performance, and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership. This position requires a proactive approach, consistent follow-up, and a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation ability, and client negotiation.
- Experience in digital marketing or website development services sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kanpur, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting on sales activities and outcomes.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
