Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on growing Swaaz Media’s client base in Meerut and surrounding areas. This full time, on-site role involves researching prospective clients, generating leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Swaaz Media’s services in a clear and compelling manner.

The Business Development

Executive will manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, participate in negotiations, and support the closing of deals.



They will work closely with the marketing and account management teams to align client needs with service offerings, maintain strong client relationships, and track performance against sales and growth targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert potential clients.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Business understanding and Account Management to maintain client relationships and support ongoing projects.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to present services, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, advertising, or creative agencies is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Meerut, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet defined sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and comfort with digital platforms and social media is an advantage.
- Must have digital marketing knowledge.
