Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Executive – School Admissions for our CBSE School in Coimbatore.

This is a field-based role involving door-to-door visits, meeting parents, promoting the school, generating admission enquiries, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, good at communication, and comfortable with outdoor field work and admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door visits and field visits to create awareness about school admissions.
- Meet prospective parents and explain the school's CBSE curriculum, academic programs, facilities, and admission process.
- Generate new admission enquiries through field visits and local promotional activities.
- Follow up with parents through phone calls and personal visits.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective parents.
- Convert admission enquiries into successful student admissions.
- Participate in school admission campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Direct Sales, Education Sales, School Admissions,



or Admission Counselling will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable with door-to-door visits and outdoor field work.
- Good Tamil communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel within Coimbatore for field activities.
- Ability to interact professionally with parents and prospective families.
