Role & responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients in the USA market.

- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other sales channels.

- Promote and sell career-focused solutions, including Resume Enhancement, LinkedIn & Profile Optimization, Technical Training, Interview Preparation, and Job Placement Assistance.

- Conduct client discussions, understand requirements, and present suitable solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and pricing.

- Negotiate with prospects and close deals to achieve sales targets.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.

- Track US market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1+ years of proven experience in IT Services Sales / Business Development for the USA market.





- Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, client acquisition, and deal closure.

- Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.

- Valuable understanding of US business culture and time zones.

- Comfortable working in a US Night Shift.

- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools.

- Highly target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving business results.

Preferred

- Experience with an IT Services company or IT Staffing firm.

- Existing US client network or business contacts will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of IT services engagement models such as Fixed Price, T&M;, and Dedicated Team.
