Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performance Business Development Executive to drive new customer acquisition through structured outbound sales.

This is a target-driven inside-sales role for someone who is comfortable with high-volume calling, conducting demos, managing a sales pipeline and consistently closing business.

Key Responsibilities

-Make 150+ quality customer interactions/calls per day.

-Identify, qualify and convert prospects into customers.

-Conduct product demos and effectively communicate the value proposition.

-Build, manage and continuously maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

-Follow up relentlessly on qualified opportunities and drive them to closure.

-Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure zero pipeline leakage.

-Achieve defined daily, weekly and monthly KRAs and revenue targets.

-Continuously improve pitch,



objection handling and conversion through coaching and data.

What We’re Looking For

-1+ year of proven sales experience, preferably in high-volume inside sales.

- Strong communication, presentation and closing ability.
- Comfortable spending a significant part of the day on calls and speaking with prospects.
- Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline ownership.
- Highly energetic, competitive and always on their toes.
- Someone who is hungry for targets, incentives and growth.
- Experience in SaaS, HealthTech, EdTech, FinTech or other high-volume sales environments is preferred.
- This role is for someone who loves sales. -High activity. Solid pipeline.
- Relentless follow-up. Consistent closures.
