Job Overview

Incobist is looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Intern who wants hands-on experience in sales, client communication, lead generation, and business growth.

You will work closely with the business development team and gain practical exposure to the complete B2B sales process-from identifying prospects to client follow-ups and conversions.

Roles Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities

Generate leads through LinkedIn, online research, email, and other platforms

Assist with cold calling and prospect outreach

Connect with founders, businesses, and key decision-makers

Understand prospective client requirements

Schedule meetings for the business development team

Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients

Maintain and update lead information in the CRM

Support the preparation of proposals and presentations

Assist the team in achieving business development and sales targets

Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills

Interest in sales, marketing, and business development

Confidence in communicating with new people





Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and online research

Self-motivated and eager to learn

Ability to work in a target-driven setting

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
