- Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of building and converting a qualified sales pipeline.

- Solid understanding of Business development principles, including chance assessment, sales planning, and revenue growth strategies.

- Strong Communication skills,



with the ability to present complex technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.

- Experience in Account Management, maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Good network in any one or more of the following industries - manufacturing , automotive,pharmaceuticals,food industry.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Comfort with on-site work in Bengaluru and willingness to engage in client meetings, demos, and occasional travel as needed.
