Morhover Design Studio is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

? Location: Surat, Gujarat

? Experience: 1–2 Years

⏰ Employment: Full-time / Part-time

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email, cold outreach, and other platforms

Identify and connect with potential clients for UI/UX, Web Design & Development, and Product Design services

Understand client requirements and project goals

Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimations in coordination with the design & development team

Handle client calls, meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and lead conversions

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities

Achieve monthly business development and sales targets

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in a design, IT, SaaS,



or digital agency

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience with Upwork and LinkedIn outreach is preferred

Ability to communicate confidently with international clients

Understanding of UI/UX Design, Web Design, Web Development, SaaS, and digital products is a plus

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
