? We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive / Manager – IT Services

BodhiStack is looking for a motivated and communication-focused Business Development professional to help us generate new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and build long-term client relationships.

? What You’ll Do

- Generate and research potential leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients and introduce our software development services.
- Understand client business needs, challenges, and project requirements.
- Conduct client calls/meetings and handle initial requirement discussions.
- Prepare and communicate proposals, quotations, and project scopes.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand feasibility, timelines, and project requirements.
- Maintain lead/prospect information and regularly follow up on opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.





? What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of IT/software development services.
- Ability to understand business requirements and communicate them clearly.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, IT services, or software development is preferred.
- Confident in client calls, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to build genuine professional relationships.
