Hiring : Business Development Executive

Machinser Academy is an Odoo-focused training academy offering practical, career-oriented training programs for students, graduates, and professionals looking to build careers in Odoo ERP and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads and other digital marketing channels.
- Convert prospective leads into course enrollments through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
- Understand students' requirements and career goals and recommend suitable Odoo training programs.
- Handle lead communication through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Visit colleges, universities, educational institutions, and other potential partner organizations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, placement cells, institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate institutional leads.
- Coordinate college visits, seminars, workshops, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
- Prepare regular reports on leads,



follow-ups, visits, conversions, and enrollments.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead conversion and student engagement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, education sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel locally for college and institutional visits.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

*Candidates who have their own two-wheeler or four-wheeler are preferred, as the role involves regular visits to colleges, educational institutions, and potential business partners.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
