Business Development Executive / Manager | B2B Sales

Location: Tollygunge, Kolkata (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

We are hiring experienced Business Development Executives who are confident in client communication, sales discussions, and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct sales discussions, presentations and follow-ups.
- Drive complete sales closure from initial conversation to conversion.
- Maintain client details and sales updates in CRM.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.

Requirements




- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / B2B Sales.
- Proven experience in sales closure and achieving targets.
- Excellent English communication and client handling skills.
- Experience in IT Services, Digital Marketing, Software or B2B solutions will be preferred.
- Comfortable working from office in Tollygunge, Kolkata.
