We build and scale SaaS products for Indian MSMEs, including Whalexy, a WhatsApp Business API platform, and Mobius EMS, an AI-assisted employee management system. Our tools help businesses work more efficiently, grow faster, and compete effectively.

About the Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to sell our IT and SaaS software solutions to MSMEs. You'll generate leads, run product demos, and close deals, working closely with our sales leadership and product team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and field outreach
- Pitch and sell SaaS and software products to MSMEs and small businesses
- Conduct product demos (online and in person) and explain features in simple, business-friendly terms
- Understand client workflows and pain points, and recommend the right solution
- Prepare and share proposals and quotations, and follow up to close deals
- Maintain an updated pipeline and sales records in the CRM
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Share customer feedback with the product and marketing teams

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering,



or a related field
- Robust communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
- Interest in or basic understanding of software, SaaS, and AI products
- Confident negotiator with a target-driven mindset
- Comfortable with demos, cold calling, and client meetings
- Good with basic tools: Excel/Google Sheets, email, and CRM
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple leads at once

Good to Have

- Prior experience in IT, software, or SaaS sales
- Experience selling to MSMEs or in a startup environment
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API, ERP, HRMS, or CRM tools
- Fluency in Chhattisgarhi or other regional languages
