About the Role

We are looking for a committed Business Development Executive to generate business through direct marketing, organic lead generation and solid customer relationships.

MGR Venora Realty works with leading banks through channel partnerships. Your role will be to connect with customers, builders and referral partners, understand their home loan requirements, explain suitable options and convert enquiries into applications and successful business.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate organic leads through field visits, networking, referrals and direct customer interactions.
- Build relationships with builders, developers, real estate agents and other referral partners.
- Visit project sites and meet prospective customers to identify home loan and property requirements.
- Act as a consultant by understanding the customer’s needs and explaining suitable loan options through our banking partners.
- Explain the application process, documentation requirements and indicative eligibility clearly.
- Address objections confidently, follow up consistently and persuade customers to proceed through accurate, needs-based guidance.
- Collect required documents and coordinate with the internal team and banking partners for application processing.
- Track cases from enquiry through application, approval and disbursement, keeping customers informed.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and business progress.
- Achieve agreed targets for qualified leads, applications and business conversions.




- Develop repeat business and customer referrals through reliable service.

Mandatory Requirements

- Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Relevant experience in real estate sales, home loan sales, mortgage sales or a banking channel/DSA business.
- Basic understanding of home loan products, customer eligibility, documentation and the lending process.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and independently conduct meetings.
- Confidence in approaching builders, referral partners and prospective customers.
- Strong follow-up discipline, ownership and commitment to achieving business targets.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings and field marketing.
- Good English communication; Kannada, Telugu or Hindi would be an advantage.

Work Expectations This is a sales role requiring flexibility around customer availability and business needs. Working hours may start and finish earlier on some days, and weekend work will be required for meetings, site visits and follow-ups. Schedules will be coordinated with the reporting manager.

We expect punctuality, consistent field activity and a responsible approach to customer relationships. Bank approvals, interest rates and disbursement timelines must be communicated accurately.

Salary, Allowances & Rewards

- Fixed salary: Based on relevant experience and capability.
- Additional travel and food allowances: Combined value of up to 10,000 per month, as per company policy.
- Performance incentives and bonuses: In addition to salary and allowances, based on target achievement and business generated.
