Location: Recent BEL Road, Bengaluru

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: 4LPA-7LPA Negotiable (Based on experience & current CTC)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sundays + 2nd & 4th Saturdays

Work Mode: Work from Office (No WFH/Hybrid)

Travel: Required

Key Responsibilities

1 Generate new business through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

2 Identify and develop prospective clients and new business opportunities

3 Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements

4 Present and promote (Accounting, Compliance, HR, etc.)

5 Manage leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures

6 Build and maintain strong client relationships

7 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

8 Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records

9 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding





10 Attend client meetings and undertake business-related travel

Candidate Requirements

1 Female candidates only

2 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development

3 Experience in Bookkeeping Services or HR Services preferred

4 Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills

5 Target-oriented with proven business development capability

6 Hindi & English communication is mandatory

7 Willingness to travel for client meetings is mandatory

8 Comfortable working full-time from the office
