We are a digital marketing and web development company delivering websites, SEO, social media marketing, and custom software solutions to clients across the globe. We are looking for a sharp, motivated fresher to join our business development team and help us win recent projects.

Role overview

You will find new project opportunities on freelance and bidding platforms, write compelling proposals, and work with our teams to convert leads into clients.

Key responsibilities

- Search for and shortlist relevant projects on freelance platforms
- Read client requirements carefully and write tailored, persuasive proposals and cover letters
- Communicate with prospective clients via chat, email and calls to understand their needs
- Coordinate with developers, designers and marketers to prepare accurate estimates and timelines
- Follow up on bids and nurture leads until they convert
- Maintain a record of bids, responses and conversions in the tracker
- Help build and improve proposal templates, portfolios and case studies
- Meet monthly targets for bids submitted, leads generated and projects closed

Requirements





- Graduate in any stream
- Excellent written English, with the ability to write clear, error-free and persuasive proposals
- Strong verbal communication and confidence in talking to international clients
- Basic understanding of web development and digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, WordPress, etc.)
- Good research skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, take feedback and work towards targets
- Comfortable working in [shift timing, e.g. US/UK shifts if applicable]

Good to have

- Internship or project experience in sales, content writing or lead generation
- Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools
- Basic knowledge of tech terms (CMS, e-commerce, UI/UX, APIs)
