Business Development Executive (BDE)

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and other platforms.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Handle client communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals and bids on Upwork.
- Negotiate with clients and convert leads into business.
- Maintain lead and client records.
- Work towards assigned business development targets.

Requirements:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of lead generation and client handling.
- Understanding of Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
- Valuable negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT services is an added advantage.
