We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Lead Conversion qualified who can effectively convert qualified leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound business leads.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Conduct sales calls and follow-ups.
- Handle objections and negotiate with prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into successful closures.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant B2B sales/lead conversion experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in closing deals.
- IT/Software/Digital Marketing sales experience preferred.
- Target-oriented approach.
CTC: Competitive / As per experience Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
