VCLINE SOLUTIONS LLP is a growing manufacturer of paper handle bags serving businesses across food & beverage, retail, fashion, gifting and other industries.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive – B2B Sales to help us expand our customer base in Pune / PCMC.

The Role

You will be responsible for acquiring current B2B customers for VCLINE's paper handle bags and developing long-term, repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new B2B leads
- Make outbound calls and approach prospective customers
- Visit businesses and meet decision-makers
- Understand customer requirements
- Present paper bag samples
- Prepare and share quotations
- Follow up with prospects
- Negotiate and close orders within approved pricing
- Follow up for payments
- Develop repeat customers
- Maintain a daily sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Share market feedback with management

Customers You Will Target
- Restaurants and cafés
- Bakeries and sweet shops
- Clothing and saree stores
- Footwear stores
- Jewellery and cosmetics stores
- Gift shops
- Retail stores
- Supermarkets
- Dry-fruit and food businesses
- Local brands and other businesses using paper bags





What We're Looking For
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Comfortable with field sales and cold calling
- B2B / FMCG / packaging sales experience preferred
- Freshers with a strong sales attitude may also apply
- Willingness to travel within Pune / PCMC
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Basic computer and WhatsApp skills

Compensation ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 fixed salary per month

Plus

- Travel allowance up to ₹3,000/month or approved actual travel expenses
- Performance incentive
- ₹500 new-customer bonus when the first qualifying order is more than ₹10,000 and the full customer payment is collected

90-Day Probation The first 90 days will focus on: Month 1: Learn + Build Pipeline — ₹1–1.5 lakh target

Month 2: Convert — ₹2–2.5 lakh target

Month 3: Build Recurring Business — ₹3 lakh+ target The role is intended for someone who wants to grow with a developing B2B manufacturing business.

Location

Pune / PCMC

This is a field-sales role and requires regular visits to prospective customers.
