Role Description The Business Development Executive role at Astera Global Tech is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and presenting tailored digital solutions that align with client goals.

The Business Development

Executive will manage the sales cycle from lead generation through proposal, negotiation, and closure, while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Daily activities include coordinating with technical and product teams, preparing pitch decks and proposals, attending client meetings and industry events,



and tracking market trends to inform growth strategies.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
- Client relationship management capabilities, with experience in stakeholder communication, account management, and consultative selling.
- Understanding of digital products and technology services, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to craft proposals, deliver product demos, and engage diverse audiences.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and growth planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital product companies is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to adapt in a fast-paced, innovation-driven workplace.
