Role Description The Business Development Executive – Architecture, Design & Consultancy role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build relationships with clients and partners in the architecture, design, and consultancy sector.

Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, presenting firm capabilities and proposals, managing client accounts, and coordinating with design and project teams to align business opportunities with service offerings. The role involves market research, networking, participation in industry events,



and maintaining a strong pipeline of projects.

The Business Development

Executive will also track performance metrics, contribute to business development strategies, and support long-term growth in the region.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with experience identifying and converting opportunities in architecture, design, and consultancy markets.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills, including client relationship management, proposal development, and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex design and consultancy services clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant experience of 5+ years in business development within architecture, engineering, construction, or design consultancy is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certifications in business development or sales are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and to operate independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Strong networking abilities, familiarity with the Dubai and broader UAE market, and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic presentation software; knowledge of project management processes is beneficial.
