Role Description The Business Development Executive (Ad Agency) will be responsible for driving current business opportunities and expanding the client portfolio for Rising Bees. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and presenting tailored advertising and digital solutions that align with client objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and pitch decks, coordinating with internal creative and strategy teams, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new accounts.

The role also includes maintaining ongoing communication with clients, understanding their evolving needs,



and working with account management to support retention and growth.

The Business Development

Executive is expected to track performance metrics, provide market feedback, and contribute to revenue targets and agency visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and converting opportunities.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client presentations, proposal writing, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with digital marketing and advertising concepts, with the ability to translate client needs into agency services.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
- Beneficial experience includes prior work in an advertising or digital marketing agency, knowledge of the Gurugram/Delhi NCR market, and comfort working with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams.
