What You'll Do

Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound inquiries

Conduct discovery calls and showcase our HRMS & Payroll SaaS solutions

Own the sales journey from prospecting to closure

Build strong customer relationships and maintain CRM pipelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive revenue growth

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and consultative selling skills

Interest or experience in SaaS, HRMS, Payroll, ERP, or B2B sales

Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, and customer engagement

Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus

Target-driven mindset with a passion for learning and growth
