House of EdTech (Goenka Kachave LLP) is expanding its team in Pune and looking for energetic, target-driven individuals to join us as Business Development Associates (BDA).

If you enjoy communicating with people, understanding their goals, and helping them choose the right upskilling programs, this opportunity could be for you!

? Role: Business Development Associate

? Location: Hinjawadi Phase 1, Pune — Work from Office

? Compensation: Up to ₹11 LPA

- Fixed: Up to ₹4.8 LPA
- Variable/Incentives: Up to ₹6.2 LPA

? Experience: 0–3 years | Freshers welcome

? Education: Graduate/Postgraduate — Any discipline

? Work Days: 6 days/week — Thursday off

⏰ Monday–Saturday: 12:15 PM – 9:30 PM

⏰ Sunday: 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM

? Personal laptop: Mandatory (rental option available)

? Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls
- Understand their career and professional development goals
- Recommend relevant upskilling programs
- Pitch courses in AI, Excel, Python, Power BI, Finance & Stock Market
- Build relationships and maintain regular follow-ups
- Convert leads and achieve sales targets




- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead conversion

? What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Customer-focused approach with active listening skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable with sales goals
- Solid follow-up and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and resilient
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Sales/telecalling experience is an added advantage
- Basic familiarity with Excel, Python, Power BI, or AI tools is preferred
