Responsibilities
Provide real-time medical guidance to ambulance paramedics through the call centre during emergency cases.
Assess patient condition remotely using information shared by the paramedic and call logs.
Instruct and support pre-hospital treatment, stabilization, and critical interventions until hospital handover.
Ensure adherence to emergency medical protocols and clinical guidelines.
Document medical advice given and support accurate case records.
Coordinate with receiving hospitals when required to ensure continuity of care.
Education : MBBS
Experience : min 1 years of Experience Candidate must be comfortable to work on night or rotational Shifts
