Roles and Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Employee Central (EC) and SuccessFactors modules such as Core HR, Time & Attendance, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning Management, Onboarding, Recruitment Management.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop technical designs for EC implementations.
Develop detailed project plans including timelines and resource allocation for EC implementation projects.
Provide expert guidance on solution architecting best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during EC implementations.
