We are looking for an Electrical Trainer who can deliver classroom and hands-on practical training to students/trainees in electrical systems, industrial electrical equipment, wiring, troubleshooting, and basic automation. The trainer will be responsible for developing practical skills and preparing trainees for industry-oriented employment. Practical training, assessments, lab management, and safety are common components of electrical trainer roles.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions in Electrical Engineering.
Train candidates on:
Electrical wiring and installation
Electrical circuits and control systems
Motors, starters and transformers
Switchgear and protection systems
Electrical panels and control panels
Testing and measuring instruments
Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
Basic PLC, HMI, VFD and industrial automation concepts, where applicable.
Demonstrate practical applications and supervise laboratory activities.
Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, assignments and practical exercises.
Conduct regular tests, practical assessment
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
