Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as an ETO or similar role in the shipping industry.
Strong knowledge of ship management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.

Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
