About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Entrepreneurship & Incubation Expert to support enterprise development, startup incubation, venture growth, and ecosystem strengthening initiatives. The role will focus on mentoring entrepreneurs, facilitating incubator linkages, enabling access to funding and market prospects, and supporting startups throughout their growth journey.

Key Responsibilities
Provide mentorship and business advisory support to entrepreneurs, startups, and enterprises.
Facilitate linkages with incubators, accelerators, innovation hubs, investors, and ecosystem partners.
Support startups in business model development, market access, financial planning, fundraising, and growth strategies.
Design and deliver entrepreneurship development programs, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives.
Coordinate incubation and acceleration activities, including startup onboarding, monitoring, and performance tracking.
Build partnerships with government agencies, academic institutions, industry associations, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Facilitate investor connects, demo days, networking events, and enterprise showcase platforms.




Monitor and evaluate enterprise outcomes and prepare program reports, success stories, and impact assessments.

Educational Qualification
MBA in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.

Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in entrepreneurship development, incubation management, startup ecosystem development, venture support, or business advisory.
Robust understanding of startup ecosystems, incubation frameworks, enterprise growth strategies, and innovation programs.
Experience working with incubators, accelerators, startups, MSMEs, investors, and ecosystem partners.
Excellent stakeholder management, networking, communication, and mentoring skills.
Proven ability to support entrepreneurs and startups from ideation to growth stages.

Preferred Experience
Experience in government-funded entrepreneurship, innovation, startup, or livelihood programs.
Familiarity with incubation centres, startup policies, venture funding mechanisms, and ecosystem-building initiatives.
