Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, watchmen/security personnel, cleaners, and other facility workers.
Allocate daily duties and prepare staff duty schedules/shifts.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave, and overall discipline of workers.
Ensure proper cleaning and housekeeping standards are maintained.
Monitor waste collection, segregation, and disposal activities.
Coordinate with security/watchmen to ensure proper access control and site security.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises and identify maintenance or cleanliness issues.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for housekeeping, security, pest control, waste management, and other facility services.
Ensure workers follow company safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.




Handle day-to-day worker grievances and escalate major issues to management.
Maintain attendance records, duty rosters, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
Monitor the availability and proper usage of cleaning materials, equipment, PPE, and other consumables.
Report daily operational issues and staff performance to management.
Ensure the facility remains clean, secure, and well maintained.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
