Key Responsibilities
Manage after-sales spare parts, AMC, modification, and service sales
.
Collect customer payments as per agreed payment terms.
Coordinate and follow up on customer complaints and service requirements
.
Assign customer issues to the appropriate team members and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and submit quotations within the defined timelines.
Respond to
RFQs within 2 working days
.
Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery as per the customer PO.
Maintain solid relationships with customers to generate repeat enquiries and orders.
Follow up on pending payments.
Follow up on submitted quotations and track their status.
Coordinate with the Service Team and customers to identify the correct part numbers and customer requirements
.
Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal departments.
Maintain relevant information and communication through email.
Track customer POs and ensure advance payments are collected as per agreed payment terms.
