Manage day-to-day operations of residential apartments and gated communities.
Supervise housekeeping, security, technical, horticulture, and other facility services.
Oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, DG, lifts, STP, WTP, and fire safety systems.
Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate with the Association / RWA Committee and residents.
Manage manpower deployment, attendance, shifts, and staff discipline.
Monitor preventive maintenance, equipment performance, and safety standards.
Manage vendors, AMCs, consumables, inventory, and operational budgets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and ensure statutory compliance.
Qualification & Experience: Diploma / B.Tech in a relevant field preferred, with 4–6 years of facility management experience, preferably in residential communities.
