Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ESG Reporting: Prepare, review, and manage accurate and timely ESG and sustainability reports in accordance with various international standards, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP
Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, interpret, and analyze ESG data from multiple sources within the organization; ensure data accuracy and completeness for disclosure
Compliance and Benchmarking: Stay updated on global ESG regulations and industry benchmarks, ensuring Cognituds compliance and alignment with the latest standards and best practices
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, and sustainability, to align reporting requirements and gather necessary information
Trend Analysis and Reporting Improvements:



Identify trends and insights from ESG data to provide actionable recommendations for improving reporting practices and support Cognituds sustainability goals

Requirements
You should have prior experience in ESG reporting or sustainability reporting, with experience across multiple frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP
Analytical Skills: Robust proficiency in data analysis and visualization; advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with ESG software
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data interpretation and reporting
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create impactful reports and liaise with stakeholders
Passion for Sustainability: Strong commitment to driving positive environmental and social impacts through transparent reporting

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, or a related field
