About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Admission Sales Executives to drive student admissions across Bihar for our 4 colleges.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate student leads through field visits, networking & references
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, fees & admission process
Promote courses and programs offered by PE Group Institutions
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
Achieve the monthly target of 16 admissions
Build relationships with students, parents and local education networks
Conduct regular field visits across the assigned territory




Maintain lead, follow-up and admission records
Coordinate with the internal admission team for admission closure

Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline
1+ year experience in Field Sales / Education Sales / Admission Sales / BDE preferred
Freshers with solid communication & sales skills may also apply
Positive communication, convincing & negotiation skills
Comfortable with regular field travel across Bihar
Target-oriented and self-motivated
