Experience: preferred 1 year in PDA/FDA processing or experience in shipping operations

Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate PDA/FDA as per SOPs and client requirements.
Review Charter Party (CP) terms and identify applicable port costs.
Ensure accuracy of port costs from enquiry to final reconciliation .
Investigate DA discrepancies and identify root causes.
Coordinate with clients, port agents, and internal teams to resolve queries.
Monitor and report operational, customer, and agent KPIs .
Ensure timely and accurate DA processing and compliance with established procedures.

Required Skills:
Basic understanding of port operations and shipping terminology .
Knowledge of PDA/FDA and DA reconciliation .
Basic understanding of Charter Parties .
Positive analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
