Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Reports to: General Manager/Resort Manager

Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the resort's food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional to manage and develop the F&B; team, maintain high standards of quality and service, and optimize menu offerings and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead, train, and develop F&B; staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Operations:
Oversee daily F&B; operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to increase F&B; revenue and profitability.
Analyze sales trends and recommend menu changes, pricing, and promotions.
Guest Satisfaction:
Ensure exceptional guest experiences through prompt service, quality food, and attentive staff.




Respond to guest feedback and complaints.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.
Minimize waste and optimize inventory usage.
Menu Development:
Develop and implement current menu concepts and promotions.
Collaborate with chefs and other stakeholders to create cutting-edge and appealing dishes.

Requirements:
Hospitality/F&B; experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Financial management and analytical skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
