We are looking for a Business Development Associate to help generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain lead and client information in CRM.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
