Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our sales team and drive new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, database management, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, valuable spoken English, a confident personality, and a strong interest in using AI and digital tools for sales and data management.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and existing databases.
- Research and identify potential customers across relevant industries and markets.
- Make regular outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and send professional sales emails, follow-ups, quotations, and product information.
- Maintain and regularly update customer and prospect databases.
- Track leads, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities using Excel/CRM and other data-management tools.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other sales/automation tools for lead research, email drafting, data analysis, and sales productivity.




- Coordinate with the sales team for RFQs, enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Support the team in developing new markets, customers, and sales channels.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good spoken English is mandatory.
- Confident and qualified telephone communication.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good understanding of data management and maintaining databases.
- Comfortable using AI tools and modern sales technologies.
- Strong internet research and lead-generation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sales orientation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
