Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development and Sales role based in Mumbai. The position involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the media, advertising, and corporate sectors. The role includes conducting market research, preparing sales pitches and proposals, coordinating with internal creative and production teams, and tracking the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.

Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, providing timely customer service and follow-ups, and representing Good Vibes Films at meetings, events,



and industry forums to grow brand visibility and client networks.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation skills to proactively build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess reliable Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and long-term partnerships.
- Experience in business development or sales within media, advertising, production, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai with a proactive, target-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office or Google Workspace, and familiarity with digital marketing concepts is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
- Preferred previous advertising agency or media experience who is able to get clients for projects.
