Core Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards. Support efforts to integrate data seamlessly between our internal systems, including Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel, improving data handling and analysis efficiency.
- Strategy and Optimization: Work closely with the innovation and optimization team to develop and refine analytical approaches that support the company’s strategic goals. Conduct scenario analysis to forecast outcomes of different strategic options, providing critical insights for decision-making.
- Process optimization: Work with the business to break down complex processes, highlight pain points, and implement solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration and Support:



Serve as a subject matter expert in process mapping, Excel, and Power BI, offering training and support to team members to elevate the organization’s analytical capability. Build, maintain, and enhance interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define business metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards.
- Develop insights on potential growth, optimization, and improvement areas using business strategies.

Core Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Business Data Analyst, Technical Data Analyst, or related roles, with a track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.
- Proven expertise in Excel, including operational metrics tracking and financial modelling.
- Proven expertise in Power BI, including building dashboards and linking internal and external data sources.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce or other work management tools, including the ability to transform complex data sets into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a robust commitment to accuracy. Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for collaborating across departments.
- Proven expertise in Python scripting
- Experience in Power Automate and CoPilot preferred
