About the Role

Responsibilities

- Support business transformation and organizational improvement initiatives across diverse client engagements.
- Analyse business processes, operational data, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand existing challenges and support the implementation of practical transformation solutions.
- Assist in developing frameworks, tools, and methodologies to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support project teams in tracking transformation initiatives, analysing requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes.
- Strong ability to translate strategies into actionable plans and drive initiatives from planning through successful implementation.

Qualifications

- B.Tech with Proven experience in Management role.
- Certification like CA/ CS/ CFA/ CMA Preferred.
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA).





Required Skills

- 4 – 7 years of work experience.
- Exposure to business consulting will be a plus point.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A passion for solving complex business problems and delivering value to clients.
- Cross-functional exposure.
- Ability to join immediately or within a maximum 15-day notice period.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience reporting directly to CXOs, Directors, and Founders.
- Familiarity with cross-functional and cross-domain collaboration along with strong communication and conversational skills.
- Recognition through awards or high-performance achievements.
- Ability to influence effectively through conversations and support organizational change initiatives.

Preferred Skills

- Experience: Total Experience: upto 7 years only.
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
